It's my first time there, place is nice, I went for lunch , I had clam chowder soup, it was delicious, fish sandwich and salad, they made me special grilled fish instead on fried since I don't eat alot of fried food , sandwich was okay ! I didn't really try the sea food , definitely will one more time to try crab.
I'd prefer to give my experience zero stars but our waiter was very nice. They need new management that really care about customer service instead of arguing with the customer and then avoiding to fix the problem at hand. First off, the manager dropped off my bf' s appetizers to the table next to us in which they picked at and then realized that wasn't there order. The manager then returned to that table picked up the app from their table went to the kitchen for 2 seconds and dropped off those same apps to our table. My bf brought it to her attention and instead of offering a new batch she argued with my bf and insisted in giving us a fresh batch. We knew it wasn't fresh because it was room temperature once she placed it down on our table. We didn't eat our food and I couldn't even attempt to take a note of my food because idk what was done to my food, especially since I'm pregnant, I didn't want to take that risk. Instead we just finished our drinks paid our check (even though we didn't eat our food) and left.
My family and I have been coming here since they opened. Since then, we have watched the menu shrink and the food started to decline. Just last Thursday , we went there to receive the worst crab ever. The crab was stuck to the claws and the last inside of the cluster was mushy. I didn't want to complain that night because no matter how bad the food was, my family and I just enjoyed the time we had together. We spent $230 that night with a tip. Well the more I thought about the poor quality of the food we received and the money we spent, I decided to call the manager . The manager basically blew me off. Well Crab Shack, we will not ever go here for seafood again. When my family and I want seafood, we will go to Bonefish Grill.

This place is wonderful. The food is plentiful and fresh. The atmosphere is very comfortable. The workers are extremely polite and friendly. And it's extremely clean. I will be going back again and again......
The only thing decent was the food. The host did a poor job in sitting us and even from the door another employee had to tell her how to do her job.. she needed to be trained better and along with her the waitress who was talking for about 20 minutes until they finally came and got our order. She later apologized that she was “hurt” but stood up about 20 mins telling her life story and staring at me as if she wasn’t suppose to assist us. There was more gossiping than working so I can see why they barely had any customers. We were ignored while they talked to their friends at the next table.The employees were unprofessional and I will never go there again. First time going to J.C.S and I should’ve went to Red Lobster..I know they treat customers better. I would suggest a more professional Joe Crab Shack that’s at least worth the wait.
